Melissa
Melissa is a small town in the northeast part of DFW metro just north of the city of McKinney. It is located at the intersection of US Highway 75 & TX Hwy 121. It is one of the fastest growing towns in the DFW metro area. Homes in Melissa are still considered a bargain compared to other north DFW metro area municipalities. In some respects, Melissa is a hidden gem. There are a number of new construction subdivisions ongoing in Melissa. Due to its fast growth many of the homes in Melissa are newer.
